We use the ancient method of nixtamalization to prepare our non-GMO Corn Masa Harina. Dried kernels are steeped and cooked in an alkaline water and calcium hydroxide solution. This technique allows us to retain and unlock many nutritional benefits and bring you wholesome and delicious recipes. Enjoy!
